• Picnic Pavilion and Outside Picnic Grounds:
• $250 (with catered meal)
• $400 (8 hour maximum – between 8am to 11pm

Includes covered 40 x 40 shelter, covered 40×80 shelter, electrical service, on-site picnic tables & benches; charcoal grills, waste receptacles, ample parking. Handicap accessible bathroom facilities. Rental Party must secure liquor permit & security as required by law. Pavilion & grill must be cleaned & left in original condition.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED            $250

All hall rental agreements are to be made through the Orak Shrine Office; all catered meals are arranged through our exclusive caterer, Symposium Catering. A member of Orak in good standing may rent (based on availability) Orak facilities and will be given a 50% discount, after the final bill is paid in full. The discount will be mailed to the member after all cleaning is verified. If cleaning is NOT performed by member, Orak may retain the discount and additional cleaning charges (if any) assessed to themember.

*Caterer may be contracted to provide food, beverage and bar service for any event using Orak facilities. Any such arrangements must be made directly with the caterer.
